BOOKING PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING: For all services; a non-fundable deposit is required to book and hold the date for your event and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the Ultimate Adventure Guides' approval. All remaining balances are due two weeks before the event.

 

For all services; a 50% retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event and also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks before the date of the event.  You can break this up into multiple payments however you see fit.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future event if the client reschedules the event by calling at least seven days prior to the date of event and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.

 

If for any reason the Client cancels before the event date, the Ultimate Adventure Guides will keep the event retainer fee paid to hold the event date as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be sent in writing, by mail, or by e-mail.

If Ultimate Adventure Guides cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Guide's illness or emergency, then the Guide shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract.
